Rejoiceth not in iniquity but rejoiceth in the truth
ου particle - negative

χαιρει verb - present active indicative - third person singular
chairo khah'-ee-ro: to be cheerful, i.e. calmly happy or well-off; impersonally, especially as salutation (on meeting or parting), be well
