The bows

of bending: a bow, for shooting (hence, figuratively, strength) or the iris -- arch(-er), + arrow, bow(-man, -shot).
of the mighty men

powerful; by implication, warrior, tyrant -- champion, chief, excel, giant, man, mighty (man, one), strong (man), valiant man.
are broken
chath (khath)
concretely, crushed; also afraid; abstractly, terror -- broken, dismayed, dread, fear.
and they that stumbled
kashal (kaw-shal')
to totter or waver (through weakness of the legs, especially the ankle); by implication, to falter, stumble, faint or fall
are girded

to belt -- bind (compass) about, gird (up, with).
with strength

probably a force, whether of men, means or other resources; an army, wealth, virtue, valor, strength
