Seir Se`iyr (say-eer') rough; Seir, a mountain of Idumaea and its aboriginal occupants, also one in Palestine -- Seir. unto Esau `Esav (ay-sawv') rough (i.e. sensibly felt); Esav, a son of Isaac, including his posterity -- Esau. for a possession yrushah (yer-oosh-shaw') something occupied; a conquest; also a patrimony -- heritage, inheritance, possession.
