The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them because he knoweth not how to go to the city
The labour
`amal  (aw-mawl')
toil, i.e. wearing effort; hence, worry, wheth. of body or mind
of the foolish
kciyl  (kes-eel')
fat, i.e. (figuratively) stupid or silly -- fool(-ish).
wearieth
yaga`  (yaw-gah')
to gasp; hence, to be exhausted, to tire, to toil -- faint, (make to) labour, (be) weary.
every one of them because he knoweth
yada`  (yaw-dah')
to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially
not how to go
yalak  (yaw-lak')
to walk; causatively, to carry (in various senses)
to the city
`iyr  (eer)
or (in the plural) par {awr}; or ayar (Judges 10:4) {aw-yar'}; a city (a place guarded by waking or a watch) in the widest sense (even of a mere encampment or post) -- Ai (from margin), city, court (from margin), town.
