decayeth

to tumble (in ruins); figuratively, to perish -- be brought low, decay.
and through idleness
shiphluwth  (shif-looth')
remissness -- idleness.

yad  (yawd)
a hand (the open one (indicating power, means, direction, etc.),

to drip; by implication, to weep -- drop through, melt, pour out.
