And who knoweth whether he shall be a wise man or a fool yet shall he have rule over all my labour wherein I have laboured and wherein I have shewed myself wise under the sun This is also vanity
And who knoweth
yada`  (yaw-dah')
to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially
whether he shall be a wise
chakam  (khaw-kawm')
wise, (i.e. intelligent, skilful or artful) -- cunning (man), subtil, (un-), wise(hearted), man).
man or a fool
cakal  (saw-kawl')
silly -- fool(-ish), sottish.
yet shall he have rule
shalat  (shaw-lat')
to dominate, i.e. govern; by implication, to permit -- (bear, have) rule, have dominion, give (have) power.
over all my labour
`amal  (aw-mawl')
toil, i.e. wearing effort; hence, worry, wheth. of body or mind
wherein I have laboured
`amal  (aw-mal')
to toil, i.e. work severely and with irksomeness -- (take) labour (in).
and wherein I have shewed myself wise
chakam  (khaw-kam')
exceeding, teach wisdom, be (make self, shew self) wise, deal (never so) wisely, make wiser.
under the sun
shemesh  (sheh'-mesh)
the sun; by implication, the east; figuratively, a ray, i.e. (arch.) a notched battlement -- + east side(-ward), sun (rising), + west(-ward), window.
This is also vanity
hebel  (heh'bel)
emptiness or vanity; figuratively, something transitory and unsatisfactory; often used as an adverb -- altogether, vain, vanity.
