And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth let the men of his place help him with silver and with gold and with goods and with beasts beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem
And whosoever remaineth
sha'ar  (shaw-ar')
to swell up, i.e. be (causatively, make) redundant -- leave, (be) left, let, remain, remnant, reserve, the rest.
in any place
maqowm  (maw-kome')
a standing, i.e. a spot; but used widely of a locality (general or specific); also (figuratively) of a condition (of body or mind)
where he sojourneth
guwr  (goor)
to turn aside from the road (for a lodging or any other purpose), i.e. sojourn (as a guest); also to shrink, fear (as in a strange place); also to gather for hostility (as afraid)
let the men
'enowsh  (en-oshe')
a mortal; hence, a man in general (singly or collectively)English versions, especially when used in apposition with another word.
of his place

beside the freewill offering

for the house
bayith  (bah'-yith)
a house (in the greatest variation of applications, especially family, etc.)
of God
'elohiym  (el-o-heem')
angels, exceeding, God (gods)(-dess, -ly), (very) great, judges, mighty.
that is in Jerusalem
Yruwshalaim  (yer-oo-shaw-lah'-im)
founded peaceful; Jerushalaim or Jerushalem, the capital city of Palestine -- Jerusalem.
