That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth because the former troubles are forgotten and because they are hid from mine eyes
That he who blesseth
barak  (baw-rak')
to kneel; by implication to bless God (as an act of adoration), and (vice-versa) man (as a benefit); also (by euphemism) to curse (God or the king, as treason)
himself in the earth
'erets  (eh'-rets)
the earth (at large, or partitively a land) -- common, country, earth, field, ground, land, natins, way, + wilderness, world.
shall bless

to mislay, i.e. to be oblivious of, from want of memory or attention -- at all, (cause to) forget.
and because they are hid
cathar  (saw-thar')
to hide (by covering), literally or figuratively -- be absent, keep close, conceal, hide (self), (keep) secret, surely.
from mine eyes
`ayin  (ah'-yin)
an eye; by analogy, a fountain (as the eye of the landscape)
