Let the priests the ministers of the LORD weep between the porch and the altar and let them say Spare thy people O LORD and give not thine heritage to reproach that the heathen should rule over them wherefore should they say among the people Where is their God
Let the priests
kohen  (ko-hane')
literally, one officiating, a priest; also (by courtesy) an acting priest (although a layman) -- chief ruler, own, priest, prince, principal officer.
the ministers
sharath  (shaw-rath')
to attend as a menial or worshipper; figuratively, to contribute to -- minister (unto), (do) serve(-ant, -ice, -itor), wait on.
of the LORD
Yhovah  (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.
weep

to weep; generally to bemoan -- at all, bewail, complain, make lamentation, more, mourn, sore, with tears, weep.
between the porch
