For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him
ου  particle - negative

γαρ  conjunction

ho  ho:  the definite article; the (sometimes to be supplied, at others omitted, in English idiom) -- the, this, that, one, he, she, it, etc.
