I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel speak unto them saying At even __ ye shall eat flesh and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God
I have heard

to hear intelligently (often with implication of attention, obedience, etc.; causatively, to tell, etc.)

a grumbling -- murmuring.
of the children
ben  (bane)
a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc.
of Israel

he will rule as God; Jisrael, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity: --Israel.
speak
dabar  (daw-bar')
perhaps properly, to arrange; but used figuratively (of words), to speak; rarely (in a destructive sense) to subdue
unto them saying

to say (used with great latitude)
At even
beyn  (bane)
a distinction; but used only as a prep, between (repeated before each noun, often with other particles); also as a conjunction, either...or -- among, asunder, at, between (-twixt...and), + from (the widest), in, out of, whether (it be...or), within.
`ereb  (eh'-reb)
dusk -- + day, even(-ing, tide), night.
ye shall eat
'akal  (aw-kal')
to eat -- at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, freely, in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, quite.
flesh
basar  (baw-sawr')
flesh (from its freshness); by extension, body, person; also (by euphem.) the pudenda of a man -- body, (fat, lean) flesh(-ed), kin, (man-)kind, + nakedness, self, skin.
and in the morning
boqer  (bo'-ker)
dawn (as the break of day); generally, morning -- (+) day, early, morning, morrow.
ye shall be filled
saba`  (saw-bah')
to sate, i.e. fill to satisfaction -- have enough, fill (full, self, with), be (to the) full (of), have plenty of, be satiate, satisfy (with), suffice, be weary of.
with bread
lechem  (lekh'-em)
food (for man or beast), especially bread, or grain (for making it) -- (shew-)bread, eat, food, fruit, loaf, meat, victuals.
and ye shall know
yada`  (yaw-dah')
to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially
that I am the LORD
Yhovah  (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.
your God
'elohiym  (el-o-heem')
angels, exceeding, God (gods)(-dess, -ly), (very) great, judges, mighty.
