And Hazor
Chatsowr  (khaw-tsore')
village; Chatsor, the name (thus simply) of two places in Palestine and of one in Arabia -- Hazor.
shall be a dwelling
ma`own  (maw-ohn')
an abode, of God (the Tabernacle or the Temple), men (their home) or animals (their lair); hence, a retreat (asylum) -- den, dwelling(-)place), habitation.
for dragons
tanniyn  (tan-neen')
a marine or land monster, i.e. sea-serpent or jackal -- dragon, sea-monster, serpent, whale.
and a desolation
shmamah  (shem-aw-maw')
devastation; figuratively, astonishment -- (laid, most) desolate(-ion), waste.
for
`ad  (ad)
especially with a preposition); as far (or long, or much) as, whether of space (even unto) or time (during, while, until) or degree (equally with)
ever
`owlam  (o-lawm')

there shall no man

abide

to sit down (specifically as judge. in ambush, in quiet); by implication, to dwell, to remain; causatively, to settle, to marry
there nor any son
ben  (bane)
a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc.
of man
'adam  (aw-dawm')
ruddy i.e. a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.) -- another, + hypocrite, + common sort, low, man (mean, of low degree), person.
dwell
guwr  (goor)
to turn aside from the road (for a lodging or any other purpose), i.e. sojourn (as a guest); also to shrink, fear (as in a strange place); also to gather for hostility (as afraid)
