the LORD
Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.
that the cloud
`anan (aw-nawn')
a cloud (as covering the sky), i.e. the nimbus or thunder-cloud -- cloud(-y).
of the incense
qtoreth (ket-o'-reth)
a fumigation -- (sweet) incense, perfume.
may cover
kacah (kaw-saw')
to plump, i.e. fill up hollows; by implication, to cover (for clothing or secrecy) -- clad self, close, clothe, conceal, cover (self), (flee to) hide, overwhelm.
the mercy seat
kapporeth (kap-po'-reth)
a lid (used only of the cover of the sacred Ark) -- mercy seat.
that is upon the testimony

testimony -- testimony, witness.
