And he said unto me To build it an house in the land of Shinar and it shall be established and set there upon her own base
And he said

Shinar, a plain in Babylonia -- Shinar.
and it shall be established
kuwn (koon)
to be erect (i.e. stand perpendicular); hence (causatively) to set up, in a great variety of applications

to deposit; by implication, to allow to stay
there upon her own base
