united, i.e. one; or (as an ordinal) first
law

a precept or statute, especially the Decalogue or Pentateuch -- law.

'ezrach  (ez-rawkh')
a spontaneous growth, i.e. native (tree or persons) -- bay tree, (home-)born (in the land), of the (one's own) country (nation).
and unto the stranger

a guest; by implication, a foreigner -- alien, sojourner, stranger.
that sojourneth
guwr  (goor)
to turn aside from the road (for a lodging or any other purpose), i.e. sojourn (as a guest); also to shrink, fear (as in a strange place); also to gather for hostility (as afraid)
among
tavek  (taw'-vek)
a bisection, i.e. (by implication) the centre -- among(-st), between, half, (there-,where-), in(-to), middle, mid(-night), midst (among), out (of), through, with(-in).
