
And he made the vessels which were upon the table his dishes and his spoons and his bowls and his covers to cover withal of pure gold And he made `asah (aw-saw') to do or make, in the broadest sense and widest application the vessels kliy (kel-ee') something prepared, i.e. any apparatus (as an implement, utensil, dress, vessel or weapon) -- armour (-bearer), artillery, bag, carriage, + furnish, furniture, instrument, jewel, that is made of, one from another, that which pertaineth, pot, + psaltery, sack, stuff, thing, tool, vessel, ware, weapon, + whatsoever. which were upon the table shulchan (shool-khawn') a table (as spread out); by implication, a meal -- table. his dishes q`arah (keh-aw-raw') a bowl (as cut out hollow) -- charger, dish. and his spoons kaph (kaf) the hollow hand or palm (so of the paw of an animal, of the sole, and even of the bowl of a dish or sling, the handle of a bolt, the leaves of a palm-tree); figuratively, power and his bowls mnaqqiyth (men-ak-keeth') a sacrificial basin (for holding blood) -- bowl. and his covers qasah (kaw-saw') from an unused root meaning to be round; a jug (from its shape) -- cover, cup. to cover nacak (naw-sak') to pour out, especially a libation, or to cast (metal); by analogy, to anoint a king -- cover, melt, offer, (cause to) pour (out), set (up). withal hen (hane) they (only used when emphatic) -- in, such like, (with) them, thereby, therein, (more than) they, wherein, in which, whom, withal. of pure tahowr (taw-hore') pure (in a physical, chemical, ceremonial or moral sense) -- clean, fair, pure(-ness). gold zahab (zaw-hawb') gold, figuratively, something gold-colored (i.e. yellow), as oil, a clear sky -- gold(-en), fair weather.
