and be not dismayed

to prostrate; hence, to break down, either (literally) by violence, or (figuratively) by confusion and fear
O Israel
Yisra'el (yis-raw-ale')
he will rule as God; Jisrael, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity: --Israel.
for behold I will save

to be open, wide or free, i.e. (by implication) to be safe; causatively, to free or succor
thee from afar off

exiled; captured; as noun, exile (abstractly or concretely and collectively); by extension, booty -- captive(-ity), prisoners, take away, that was taken.
and Jacob

and none shall make him afraid
