God of raising; Eljakim, the name of four Israelites -- Eliakim.

from an unused root meaning to grow; growth; Shebna or Shebnah, an Israelite -- Shebna, Shebnah.
and Joah
Yow'ach  (yo-awkh')
Jehovah-brothered; Joach, the name of four Israelites -- Joah.
unto Rabshakeh
Rabshaqeh  (rab-shaw-kay')
chief butler; Rabshakeh, a Bab. official -- Rabshakeh.
Speak
dabar  (daw-bar')
perhaps properly, to arrange; but used figuratively (of words), to speak; rarely (in a destructive sense) to subdue
I pray thee unto thy servants
`ebed  (eh'-bed)
a servant -- bondage, bondman, (bond-)servant, (man-)servant.
in the Syrian language
