Now also many nations are gathered against thee that say Let her be defiled and let our eye look upon Zion

a foreign nation; hence, a Gentile; also (figuratively) a troop of animals, or a flight of locusts -- Gentile, heathen, nation, people.
are gathered

to gather for any purpose; hence, to receive, take away, i.e. remove
against thee that say
'amar  (aw-mar')
to say (used with great latitude)
Let her be defiled
chaneph  (khaw-nafe')
to soil, especially in a moral sense -- corrupt, defile, greatly, pollute, profane.
and let our eye
`ayin  (ah'-yin)
an eye; by analogy, a fountain (as the eye of the landscape)
look
chazah  (khaw-zaw')
to gaze at; mentally, to perceive, contemplate (with pleasure); specifically, to have a vision of -- behold, look, prophesy, provide, see.
upon Zion
Tsiyown  (tsee-yone')
Tsijon (as a permanent capital), a mountain of Jerusalem -- Zion.
