to visit (with friendly or hostile intent); by analogy, to oversee, muster, charge, care for, miss, deposit, etc.

kinds
mishpachah (mish-paw-khaw')
a family, i.e. circle of relatives; figuratively, a class (of persons), a species (of animals) or sort (of things); by extens. a tribe or people -- family, kind(-red).
saith
n'um (neh-oom')
an oracle -- (hath) said, saith.
the LORD
Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.
the sword
chereb (kheh'-reb)
drought; also a cutting instrument (from its destructive effect), as a knife, sword, or other sharp implement -- axe, dagger, knife, mattock, sword, tool.
to slay
harag (haw-rag')
to smite with deadly intent -- destroy, out of hand, kill, murder(-er), put to (death), make (slaughter), slay(-er), surely.
and the dogs
keleb (keh'-leb)
a dog; hence (by euphemism) a male prostitute -- dog.
to tear
cachab (saw-khab')
to trail along -- draw (out), tear.
and the fowls
`owph (ofe)
a bird (as covered with feathers, or rather as covering with wings), often collectively -- bird, that flieth, flying, fowl.
of the heaven
shamayim (shaw-mah'-yim)
air, astrologer, heaven(-s).
and the beasts
bhemah (be-hay-maw')
a dumb beast; especially any large quadruped or animal (often collective) -- beast, cattle.
of the earth
'erets (eh'-rets)
the earth (at large, or partitively a land) -- common, country, earth, field, ground, land, natins, way, + wilderness, world.
to devour
'akal (aw-kal')
to eat -- at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, freely, in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, quite.
and destroy
shachath (shaw-khath')
to decay, i.e. (causatively) ruin -- batter, cast off, corrupt(-er, thing), destroy(-er, -uction), lose, mar, perish, spill, spoiler, utterly, waste(-r).
