The vine is dried up and the fig tree languisheth the pomegranate tree the palm tree also and the apple tree even all the trees of the field are withered because joy is withered away from the sons of men

a vine (as twining), especially the grape -- vine, tree.
is dried up
yabesh  (yaw-bashe')
to be ashamed, confused or disappointed; also (as failing) to dry up (as water) or wither (as herbage)
and the fig tree
t'en  (teh-ane')
the fig (tree or fruit) -- fig (tree).
languisheth
'amal  (aw-mal')
to droop; by implication to be sick, to mourn -- languish, be weak, wax feeble.
the pomegranate
rimmown  (rim-mone')
a pomegranate, the tree (from its upright growth) or the fruit (also an artificial ornament) -- pomegranate.

from an unused root meaning to spread out; a field (as flat) -- country, field, ground, land, soil, wild.
are withered
yabesh  (yaw-bashe')
to be ashamed, confused or disappointed; also (as failing) to dry up (as water) or wither (as herbage)
because joy
sasown  (saw-sone')
cheerfulness; specifically, welcome -- gladness, joy, mirth, rejoicing.
is withered away

from the sons
ben  (bane)
a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc.

ruddy i.e. a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.) -- another, + hypocrite, + common sort, low, man (mean, of low degree), person.
