For the Egyptians shall help in vain and to no purpose therefore have I cried concerning this Their strength is to sit still
For the Egyptians
Mitsrayim  (mits-rah'-yim)
Mitsrajim, i.e. Upper and Lower Egypt -- Egypt, Egyptians, Mizraim.
shall help
`azar  (aw-zar')
to surround, i.e. protect or aid -- help, succour.
in vain
hebel  (heh'bel)
emptiness or vanity; figuratively, something transitory and unsatisfactory; often used as an adverb -- altogether, vain, vanity.
and to no purpose
riyq  (reek)
emptiness; figuratively, a worthless thing; adverbially, in vain -- empty, to no purpose, (in) vain (thing), vanity.
therefore have I cried
qara'  (kaw-raw')
to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications)
concerning this
zo'th  (zothe')
this (often used adverb) -- hereby (-in, -with), it, likewise, the one (other, same), she, so (much), such (deed), that, therefore, these, this (thing), thus.
Their
hem  (haym)
they (only used when emphatic) -- it, like, (how, so) many (soever, more as) they (be), (the) same, so, such, their, them, these, they, those, which, who, whom, withal, ye.
strength
rahab  (rah'-hab)
proud, strength.
is to sit still
shebeth  (sheh'-beth)
rest, interruption, cessation -- cease, sit still, loss of time.
