
Because thy rage against me and thy tumult is come up into mine ears therefore will I put my hook in thy nose and my bridle in thy lips and I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest Because thy rage ragaz (raw-gaz') to quiver (with any violent emotion, especially anger or fear) -- be afraid, stand in awe, disquiet, fall out, fret, move, provoke, quake, rage, shake, tremble, trouble, be wroth. against me and thy tumult sha'anan (shah-an-awn') secure; in a bad sense, haughty -- that is at ease, quiet, tumult. is come up `alah (aw-law') to ascend, intransitively (be high) or actively (mount); used in a great variety of senses, primary and secondary, literal and figurative (as follow) into mine ears 'ozen (o'-zen) broadness. i.e. (concrete) the ear (from its form in man) -- + advertise, audience, + displease, ear, hearing, + show. therefore will I put suwm (soom) to put (used in a great variety of applications, literal, figurative, inferentially, and elliptically)wholly, work. my hook chach (khawkh) a ring for the nose (or lips) -- bracelet, chain, hook. in thy nose 'aph (af) the nose or nostril; hence, the face, and occasionally a person; also (from the rapid breathing in passion) ire and my bridle metheg (meh-theg) a bit -- bit, bridle. in thy lips saphah (saw-faw') the lip (as a natural boundary); by implication, language; by analogy, a margin (of a vessel, water, cloth, etc.) and I will turn thee back shuwb (shoob) to turn back (hence, away) transitively or intransitively, literally or figuratively by the way derek (deh'-rek) a road (as trodden); figuratively, a course of life or mode of action, often adverb by which thou camest bow' (bo) to go or come (in a wide variety of applications)
