He that hath pity
chanan  (khaw-nan')
to bend or stoop in kindness to an inferior; to favor, bestow; causatively to implore (i.e. move to favor by petition)
upon the poor
dal  (dal)
dangling, i.e. (by implication) weak or thin -- lean, needy, poor (man), weaker.
lendeth
lavah  (law-vaw')
to twine, i.e. (by implication) to unite, to remain; also to borrow (as a form of obligation) or (caus.) to lend -- abide with, borrow(-er), cleave, join (self), lend(-er).
unto the LORD
Yhovah  (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.
and that which he hath given
