Know ye not brethren for I speak to them that know the law how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as __ __ he liveth

kurieuo  ko-ree-yoo'-o:  to rule -- have dominion over, lord, be lord of, exercise lordship over.

ανθρωπου  noun - genitive singular masculine
