An ungodly man diggeth up evil and in his lips there is as a burning fire An ungodly bliya`al (bel-e-yah'-al) without profit, worthlessness; by extension, destruction, wickedness -- Belial, evil, naughty, ungodly (men), wicked. man 'iysh (eesh) a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation) diggeth up karah (kaw-raw') to dig; figuratively, to plot; generally, to bore or open -- dig, make (a banquet), open. evil ra` (rah) bad or (as noun) evil (natural or moral)one), worse(-st), wretchedness, wrong. (Incl. feminine raaah; as adjective or noun.). and in his lips saphah (saw-faw') the lip (as a natural boundary); by implication, language; by analogy, a margin (of a vessel, water, cloth, etc.) there is as a burning tsarebeth (tsaw-reh'-beth) conflagration (of fire or disease) -- burning, inflammation. fire 'esh (aysh) fire -- burning, fiery, fire, flaming, hot.
