The vile person shall be no more called liberal nor the churl said to be bountiful
The vile person
nabal  (naw-bawl')
stupid; wicked (especially impious) -- fool(-ish, -ish man, -ish woman), vile person.
shall be no more called
qara'  (kaw-raw')
to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications)
liberal
nadiyb  (naw-deeb')
voluntary, i.e. generous; hence, magnanimous; as noun, a grandee (sometimes a tyrant) -- free, liberal (things), noble, prince, willing (hearted).
nor the churl
kiylay  (kee-lah'-ee)
niggardly -- churl.
said
'amar  (aw-mar')
to say (used with great latitude)
to be bountiful
showa`  (sho'-ah)
a noble, i.e. liberal, opulent; also (as noun in the derived sense) a halloo -- bountiful, crying, rich.
