a yard (as inclosed by a fence); also a hamlet (as similarly surrounded with walls) -- court, tower, village.

chowmah (kho-maw')
a wall of protection -- wall, walled.
round about
cabiyb (saw-beeb')
(as noun) a circle, neighbour, or environs; but chiefly (as adverb, with or without preposition) around -- (place, round) about, circuit, compass, on every side.
them shall be counted
chashab (khaw-shab')
to plait or interpenetrate, i.e. (literally) to weave or (gen.) to fabricate; figuratively, to plot or contrive (usually in a malicious sense); hence (from the mental effort) to think, regard, value, compute
