exposed, i.e. projecting loose (as to the prepuce); used only technically, uncircumcised (i.e. still having the prepuce uncurtailed) -- uncircumcised (person).
hearts
lebab  (lay-bawb')
the heart (as the most interior organ)
be humbled
kana`  (kaw-nah')
to bend the knee; hence, to humiliate, vanquish -- bring down (low), into subjection, under, humble (self), subdue.
and they then accept
ratsah  (raw-tsaw')
to be pleased with; specifically, to satisfy a debt
of the punishment of their iniquity
`avon  (aw-vone')
perversity, i.e. (moral) evil -- fault, iniquity, mischeif, punishment (of iniquity), sin.
