Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird __
Surely in vain
chinnam  (khin-nawm')
gratis, i.e. devoid of cost, reason or advantage -- without a cause (cost, wages), causeless, to cost nothing, free(-ly), innocent, for nothing (nought, in vain.
the net
resheth  (reh'-sheth)
a net (as catching animals) -- net(-work).
is spread
zarah  (zaw-raw')
to toss about; by implication, to diffuse, winnow -- cast away, compass, disperse, fan, scatter (away), spread, strew, winnow.
in the sight
`ayin  (ah'-yin)
an eye; by analogy, a fountain (as the eye of the landscape)
of any bird
ba`al  (bah'-al)
a master; hence, a husband, or (figuratively) owner (often used with another noun in modifications of this latter sense) + married, master, person, + sworn, they of.
kanaph  (kaw-nawf')
an edge or extremity; specifically (of a bird or army) a wing, (of a garment or bed-clothing) a flap, (of the earth) a quarter, (of a building) a pinnacle
