mashal  (maw-shawl')
a pithy maxim, usually of metaphorical nature; hence, a simile (as an adage, poem, discourse) -- byword, like, parable, proverb.

mliytsah  (mel-ee-tsaw')
an aphorism; also a satire -- interpretation, taunting.

dabar  (daw-baw')
a word; by implication, a matter (as spoken of) or thing; adverbially, a cause
of the wise
chakam  (khaw-kawm')
wise, (i.e. intelligent, skilful or artful) -- cunning (man), subtil, (un-), wise(hearted), man).

chiydah  (khee-daw')
