And it shall come to pass that like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to throw down and to destroy and to afflict so will I watch over them to build and to plant saith the LORD
And it shall come to pass that like as I have watched over
shaqad (shaw-kad')
to be alert, i.e. sleepless; hence to be on the lookout (whether for good or ill) -- hasten, remain, wake, watch (for).
them to pluck up
nathash (naw-thash')
to tear away -- destroy, forsake, pluck (out, up, by the roots), pull up, root out (up), utterly.
and to break down
nathats (naw-thats')
to tear down -- beat down, break down (out), cast down, destroy, overthrow, pull down, throw down.
and to throw down
harac (haw-ras')
to pull down or in pieces, break, &? destroy -- beat down, break (down, through), destroy, overthrow, pluck down, pull down, ruin, throw down, utterly.
and to destroy
'abad (aw-bad')
to wander away, i.e. lose oneself; by implication to perish (causative, destroy)
and to afflict
ra`a` (raw-ah')
to spoil (literally, by breaking to pieces); figuratively, to make (or be) good for nothing, i.e. bad (physically, socially or morally)
so will I watch over
shaqad (shaw-kad')

to build (literally and figuratively) -- (begin to) build(-er), obtain children, make, repair, set (up), surely.
