And ye shall hallow the fiftieth __ year and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof it shall be a jubile unto you and ye shall return every man unto his possession and ye shall return every man unto his family And ye shall hallow qadash (kaw-dash') to be (causatively, make, pronounce or observe as) clean (ceremonially or morally) the fiftieth chamishshiym (kham-ish-sheem') fifty -- fifty. shaneh (shaw-neh') a year (as a revolution of time) -- + whole age, long, + old, year(-ly). year shaneh (shaw-neh') a year (as a revolution of time) -- + whole age, long, + old, year(-ly). and proclaim qara' (kaw-raw') to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications) liberty drowr (der-ore') freedom; hence, spontaneity of outflow, and so clear -- liberty, pure. throughout all the land 'erets (eh'-rets) the earth (at large, or partitively a land) -- common, country, earth, field, ground, land, natins, way, + wilderness, world. unto all the inhabitants yashab (yaw-shab') to sit down (specifically as judge. in ambush, in quiet); by implication, to dwell, to remain; causatively, to settle, to marry thereof it shall be a jubile yowbel (yo-bale') the blast of a horn (from its continuous sound); specifically, the signal of the silver trumpets; hence, the instrument itself and the festival thus introduced unto you and ye shall return shuwb (shoob) to turn back (hence, away) transitively or intransitively, literally or figuratively every man 'iysh (eesh) a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation) unto his possession 'achuzzah (akh-ooz-zaw') something seized, i.e. a possession (especially of land) -- possession. and ye shall return shuwb (shoob) to turn back (hence, away) transitively or intransitively, literally or figuratively every man 'iysh (eesh) a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation) unto his family mishpachah (mish-paw-khaw') a family, i.e. circle of relatives; figuratively, a class (of persons), a species (of animals) or sort (of things); by extens. a tribe or people -- family, kind(-red).
