to quaff to satiety, i.e. become tipsy -- drunkard, fill self, Sabean, (wine-)bibber.
and the glutton
zalal  (zaw-lal')
to shake (as in the wind), i.e. to quake; figuratively, to be loose morally, worthless or prodigal -- blow down, glutton, riotous (eater), vile.
shall come to poverty
yarash  (yaw-rash')
to occupy (by driving out previous tenants, and possessing in their place); by implication, to seize, to rob, to inherit; also to expel, to impoverish, to ruin
and drowsiness
nuwmah  (noo-maw')
sleepiness -- drowsiness.
shall clothe
labash  (law-bash')
wrap around, i.e. (by implication) to put on a garment or clothe (oneself, or another), literally or figuratively
