He that withholdeth
mana` (maw-nah')
to debar (negatively or positively) from benefit or injury -- deny, keep (back), refrain, restrain, withhold.
corn
bar (bawr)
grain of any kind (even while standing in the field); by extens. the open country -- corn, wheat.
the people
lom (leh-ome')
from an unused root meaning to gather; a community -- nation, people.
shall curse
naqab (naw-kab')
to puncture, literally (to perforate, with more or less violence) or figuratively (to specify, designate, libel)
him but blessing
Brakah (ber-aw-kaw')
benediction; by implication prosperity -- blessing, liberal, pool, present.
shall be upon the head
ro'sh (roshe)
the head (as most easily shaken), whether literal or figurative (in many applications, of place, time, rank, itc.)
