The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips but the just shall come out of trouble
The wicked
ra`  (rah)
bad or (as noun) evil (natural or moral)one), worse(-st), wretchedness, wrong. (Incl. feminine raaah; as adjective or noun.).
is snared
mowqesh  (mo-kashe')
a noose (for catching animals): by implication, a hook (for the nose) -- be ensnared, gin, (is) snare(-d), trap.
by the transgression
pesha`  (peh'-shah)
a revolt (national, moral or religious) -- rebellion, sin, transgression, trespass.
of his lips
saphah  (saw-faw')
the lip (as a natural boundary); by implication, language; by analogy, a margin (of a vessel, water, cloth, etc.)
but the just
tsaddiyq  (tsad-deek')
just -- just, lawful, righteous (man).
shall come out
yatsa'  (yaw-tsaw')
to go (causatively, bring) out, in a great variety of applications, literally and figuratively, direct and proxim.
of trouble
tsarah  (tsaw-raw')
tightness (i.e. figuratively, trouble); transitively, a female rival -- adversary, adversity, affliction, anguish, distress, tribulation, trouble.
