In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin but he that refraineth his lips is wise
In the multitude
rob  (robe)
abundance (in any respect) -- abundance(-antly), all, common (sort), excellent, great(-ly, -ness, number), huge, be increased, long, many, more in number, most, much, multitude, plenty(-ifully), very (age).
of words
dabar  (daw-baw')
a word; by implication, a matter (as spoken of) or thing; adverbially, a cause
there wanteth
chadal  (khaw-dal')
to be flabby, i.e. (by implication) desist; (figuratively) be lacking or idle -- cease, end, fall, forbear, forsake, leave (off), let alone, rest, be unoccupied, want.
not sin
pesha`  (peh'-shah)
a revolt (national, moral or religious) -- rebellion, sin, transgression, trespass.
but he that refraineth
chasak  (khaw-sak')
assuage, darken, forbear, hinder, hold back, keep (back), punish, refrain, reserve, spare, withhold.
his lips
saphah  (saw-faw')
the lip (as a natural boundary); by implication, language; by analogy, a margin (of a vessel, water, cloth, etc.)
is wise
sakal  (saw-kal')
to be (causatively, make or act) circumspect and hence, intelligent
