A fool uttereth all his mind but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards
A fool
kciyl  (kes-eel')
fat, i.e. (figuratively) stupid or silly -- fool(-ish).
uttereth
yatsa'  (yaw-tsaw')
to go (causatively, bring) out, in a great variety of applications, literally and figuratively, direct and proxim.
all his mind
ruwach  (roo'-akh)
wind; by resemblance breath, i.e. a sensible (or even violent) exhalation; figuratively, life, anger, unsubstantiality; by extension, a region of the sky; by resemblance spirit, but only of a rational being
but a wise
chakam  (khaw-kawm')
wise, (i.e. intelligent, skilful or artful) -- cunning (man), subtil, (un-), wise(hearted), man).
man keepeth
shabach  (shaw-bakh')
to address in a loud tone, i.e. (specifically) loud; figuratively, to pacify (as if by words) -- commend, glory, keep in, praise, still, triumph.
it in till afterwards
'achowr  (aw-khore')
the hinder part; hence (adverb) behind, backward; also (as facing north) the West -- after(-ward), back (part, -side, -ward), hereafter, (be-)hind(-er part), time to come, without.
