He that being often reproved hardeneth his neck shall suddenly be destroyed and that without remedy
He
'iysh  (eesh)
a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation)

towkechah  (to-kay-khaw')
chastisement; figuratively (by words) correction, refutation, proof (even in defence) -- argument, chastened, correction, reasoning, rebuke, reproof, be (often) reproved.
hardeneth
qashah  (kaw-shaw')
to be dense, i.e. tough or severe (in various applications)
his neck
`oreph  (o-ref')
the nape or back of the neck (as declining); hence, the back generally (whether literal or figurative) -- back (stiff-)neck(-ed).
shall suddenly
petha`  (peh'-thah)
a wink, i.e. moment -- at an instant, suddenly, very.
be destroyed
shabar  (shaw-bar')
to burst -- break (down, off, in pieces, up), broken(-hearted), bring to the birth, crush, destroy, hurt, quench, quite, tear
and that without remedy
marpe'  (mar-pay')
curative, i.e. literally (concretely) a medicine, or (abstractly) a cure; figuratively (concretely) deliverance, or (abstractly) placidity
