Let favour be shewed
chanan (khaw-nan')
to bend or stoop in kindness to an inferior; to favor, bestow; causatively to implore (i.e. move to favor by petition)
to the wicked
rasha` (raw-shaw')
morally wrong; concretely, an (actively) bad person -- + condemned, guilty, ungodly, wicked (man), that did wrong.
yet will he not

in the land

of uprightness

straightforwardness, i.e. (figuratively) integrity, or (concretely) a truth -- equity, right (thing), uprightness.
will he deal unjustly

to distort (morally) -- deal unjustly, unrighteous.
and will not
bal (bal)

behold
