Do ye imagine to reprove words and the speeches of one that is desperate which are as wind
Do ye imagine
chashab  (khaw-shab')
to plait or interpenetrate, i.e. (literally) to weave or (gen.) to fabricate; figuratively, to plot or contrive (usually in a malicious sense); hence (from the mental effort) to think, regard, value, compute
to reprove
yakach  (yaw-kahh')
to be right (i.e. correct); reciprocal, to argue; causatively, to decide, justify or convict
words
millah  (mil-law')
a word; collectively, a discourse; figuratively, a topic -- + answer, by-word, matter, any thing (what) to say, to speak(-ing), speak, talking, word.
and the speeches
'emer  (ay'-mer)
something said -- answer, appointed unto him, saying, speech, word.
of one that is desperate
ya'ash  (yaw-ash')
to desist, i.e. (figuratively) to despond -- (cause to) despair, one that is desperate, be no hope.
which are as wind
ruwach  (roo'-akh)
wind; by resemblance breath, i.e. a sensible (or even violent) exhalation; figuratively, life, anger, unsubstantiality; by extension, a region of the sky; by resemblance spirit, but only of a rational being
