To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty
To him that is afflicted

fainting, i.e. (figuratively) disconsolate -- is afflicted.
pity
checed  (kheh'-sed)
kindness; by implication (towards God) piety: rarely (by opposition) reproof, or (subject.) beauty
should be shewed from his friend
rea`  (ray'-ah)
an associate (more or less close) -- brother, companion, fellow, friend, husband, lover, neighbour, (an-)other.
but he forsaketh
