For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob and will yet choose Israel and set them in their own land and the strangers shall be joined with them and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob
For the LORD
Yhovah  (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.
will have mercy
racham  (raw-kham')
to fondle; by implication, to love, especially to compassionate
on Jacob
Ya`aqob  (yah-ak-obe')
heel-catcher (i.e. supplanter); Jaakob, the Israelitish patriarch -- Jacob.
and will yet choose
bachar  (baw-khar')
to try, i.e. (by implication) select -- acceptable, appoint, choose (choice), excellent, join, be rather, require.
Israel
Yisra'el  (yis-raw-ale')
he will rule as God; Jisrael, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity: --Israel.
and set
yanach  (yaw-nakh')
to deposit; by implication, to allow to stay
them in their own land
'adamah  (ad-aw-maw')
soil (from its general redness) -- country, earth, ground, husband(-man) (-ry), land.
and the strangers
ger  (gare)
a guest; by implication, a foreigner -- alien, sojourner, stranger.
shall be joined
lavah  (law-vaw')
to twine, i.e. (by implication) to unite, to remain; also to borrow (as a form of obligation) or (caus.) to lend -- abide with, borrow(-er), cleave, join (self), lend(-er).
with them and they shall cleave
caphach  (saw-fakh')
to scrape out, but in certain peculiar senses (of removal or association) -- abiding, gather together, cleave, smite with the scab.;
to the house
bayith  (bah'-yith)
a house (in the greatest variation of applications, especially family, etc.)
of Jacob
