'akal  (aw-kal')
to eat -- at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, freely, in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, quite.
delicately
ma`adan  (mah-ad-awn')
a delicacy or (abstractly) pleasure (adverbially, cheerfully) -- dainty, delicately, delight.
are desolate
shamem  (shaw-mame')
to stun (or intransitively, grow numb), i.e. devastate or (figuratively) stupefy (both usually in a passive sense)

a heap of rubbish or filth -- dung (hill).
