The LORD

shamar (shaw-mar')
to hedge about (as with thorns), i.e. guard; generally, to protect, attend to, etc.
the strangers
ger (gare)
a guest; by implication, a foreigner -- alien, sojourner, stranger.
he relieveth
`uwd (ood)
to duplicate or repeat; by implication, to protest, testify (as by reiteration); intensively, to encompass, restore (as a sort of reduplication)
the fatherless
yathowm (yaw-thome')
a bereaved person -- fatherless (child), orphan.
and widow
'almanah (al-maw-naw')
a widow; also a desolate place -- desolate house (palace), widow.
but the way
derek (deh'-rek)
a road (as trodden); figuratively, a course of life or mode of action, often adverb
of the wicked
rasha` (raw-shaw')
morally wrong; concretely, an (actively) bad person -- + condemned, guilty, ungodly, wicked (man), that did wrong.
he turneth upside down
`avath (aw-vath')
to wrest -- bow self, (make) crooked., falsifying, overthrow, deal perversely, pervert, subvert, turn upside down.;
